How and when you get paid

You invoice at the end of each month for the hours you worked, and we pay you on the 25th of the following month. You hold USD by default and convert when you want. Example: April hours paid May 25. That gap is deliberate — it gives us time to clear any client questions cleanly so your payment lands on time.
